Transparency Code for Smaller Councils

The Transparency Code for Smaller Councils requires the parish counci to publish the following information:

  • All items of expenditure above £100
  • End of year accounts, the annual governance statement and the internal audit report
  • A list of councillor responsibilities
  • Details of public land and building assets owned by the parish council
  • Draft minutes should be published not later than a month following the meeting
  • Agendas should be published not later than 3 clear days before the meeting is taking place

Public land and building assets owned by the parish council:
None
Carlyon recreation field in Sea Road was leased from Percy R Brend and Sons for 15 years from January 2012.
Tregrehan Carthouse was leased from Cornwall Council for 30 years from April 2013.
