The parish council has been consulted on the following planning applications, but as it is not meeting in December, the council's response will be determined by email consensus between councils and the response ratified when the council next meets.
1. PA21/10824 - Rivendell, School Lane, Tregrehan Mills: Proposed new garage/store including extension of curtilage (received 19 November) The parish council has responded with no objections.
2. PA21/11968 - 22 Sea Road: Retention and completion of a 2 storey extension and creation of dormers to the rear elevation (received 13 December) The parish council has responded stating that it objects to the proposal as the proposed extension would protrude from the existing building line and be out of character with this part of Sea Road.
3. PA21/12324 - 1 Nettles Corner: Non-material amendment in relation to decision notice PA20/01824 dated 11.02.21 for removal of balcony and bring windows to the facade of the building (received 14 December) The parish council has responded with no objections.
4. PA21/12005 - 24 Chatsworth Way: Construction of a single storey extension and increase the width of the dropped kerb by 2m (received 21 December) The parish council has responded with no objections.
